Housed across our six sites, these priceless artefacts\u00a0are displayed both for our visitors today and for future generations\u00a0to discover the fascinating stories behind these unique exhibits.<br \/>\nOur textile conservation section currently has three vacancies for\u00a0skilled textile conservators. Having attended a recognised textile\u00a0conservation training programme or equivalent, you&#8217;ll have an\u00a0in-depth understanding of the theories and techniques involved in\u00a0textile conservation together with the ability to carry out hands-on\u00a0treatment as required in our three textile conservation treatment\u00a0teams: Tapestry, Furnishings, and Costume and General Textiles.<br \/>\nWe are looking for proactive and enthusiastic individuals who will\u00a0have worked with fragile textiles and have an ability to deliver\u00a0assignments to deadlines. Teamwork is essential and you must be\u00a0able to work at heights.
