{"id":4208,"date":"2008-06-02T10:35:00","date_gmt":"2008-06-02T15:35:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.conservators-converse.org\/2008\/06\/green-task-force-%e2%80%93-new-aic-initiative\/"},"modified":"2008-06-02T10:35:00","modified_gmt":"2008-06-02T15:35:00","slug":"green-task-force-new-aic-initiative","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resources.culturalheritage.org\/conservators-converse\/2008\/06\/02\/green-task-force-new-aic-initiative\/","title":{"rendered":"Green Task Force \u2013 New AIC Initiative"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: arial;font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:100%\"><span style=\"font-size:12\">During the AIC Annual  Meeting in Denver, Paul Himmelstein presented a proposal  signed by a long list of AIC supporters to develop a Green Task Force that will  assist members and the AIC in improving and implementing environmental  sustainability actions. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: arial\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:100%\"><span style=\"font-size:12\">Therefore, AIC is seeking up to seven members to serve on the newly  created Green Task Force, and we would like one of these seven to be from the Emerging Leaders Network.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: arial\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:100%\"><span style=\"font-size:12\">  This task force is charged with investigating  implementation of green practices for AIC itself and the conservation  profession.
