Submission Guidelines

How to Submit Your Paper or Poster:

Authors can submit their ANAGPIC conference papers and posters for online publication by submitting their files and the release form via Dropbox to the conference organizer:

The deadline for submissions in 2018 is August 24.

Papers

Please submit the following:

  1. The article as an Acrobat PDF with any embedded images (please reduce the size of the images where possible, under Word>File/Reduce File Size or Acrobat>Document/Reduce File Size).
  2. The release form.

Posters

Please submit the following:

  1. Your PowerPoint slides as a PDF.
  2. The release form.

Formatting

Papers Must Be Formatted as Follows:

  • Check all spelling and grammatical errors. This will not be done by the website host.
  • 12 pt Times New Roman font in black, 1.5 spacing throughout.
  • Cover Page:
    • Left justified at the top left corner in bold: First and Last Name, Name of School/Institution, Supervisor(s) name.
      Example:
      Ann Smith
      Buffalo State College
      Supervisors: Jane Lee and John Brown
    • Centered in bold: Title of paper.
      Example: The Conservation of Nineteenth-Century Wallpaper
  • Body of Paper:
    • Right justified in header: Last name, ANAGPIC [year of paper], page number.
    • Example: Smith, ANAGPIC 2011, 14

Notice Regarding Intellectual Property and Copyright:

Authors are required to include this release form with their submission. To do this, download the release form, complete it, and email to the ANAGPIC editor at the address listed above. The release confirms that the paper was written by the author, acknowledges appropriate citations and copyrights, and gives ANAGPIC publication rights for educational and advertisement purposes related to the website, yet does not otherwise interfere with the author’s future use of the research.
