Abstract
The matte quality of Flasche vinyl colors are visually good for inpainting losses on objects painted with Latex paints. A set of Flasche vinyl colors were tested for lightfastness using a Testing Kit from Golden’s Artist Colors. The Testing Kit allows for low-tech, easy evaluation of art materials using either ASTM Standard D 5398 or ASTM Standard D 5383. Most, but not all of the colors were found to be very light stable.
